Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions on our website contact form.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For items received damaged, please email us an image of the item with your name and order ID within seven days of receiving the delivery.

Please email with your name, order number, and missing item within seven days of receiving the delivery for missing items.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
