About the Club
Sylvania Heights Netball Club has been a part of the Sutherland Shire Netball Association since its establishment and was founded in 1960.
The club is associated with the Sylvania Heights Community Youth Club and promotes a welcoming atmosphere for families while upholding the principles of teamwork, respect, integrity, effort-based rewards, and fair play.
The club appreciates and supports all its members, including players, coaches, and umpires, and aims to facilitate an enjoyable and prosperous season in 2023.

We are running a junior rowing programme for members through December and January for all boys and girls aged between 14 and u19's.
The sessions will be held every Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and Monday afternoon. You can attend 1,2 or all of the sessions each week but you must book your spot!
When:
Fridays at 4.30pm
Saturdays at 8am
Mondays at 4.30pm
Where
At the clubhouse and the bay shed - location will change depending on what we are doing each session
Who: all boys, girls, young men and women u14's to u19's
We will match participants with people of similar age groups and experience levels.

Congratulations to everyone on another great season of netball & a special congratulations to our grand final winners & runners up.
2023 is my last year as umpires convenor. I will still be around to umpire & mentor some games on a Saturday but lovely Jade Platt will be taking over the role as the official organiser.
We all know we cannot play without umpires, so a huge thank you to our umpires from 2023. We have 3 regulars doing every time slot every week, plus weβve had a very successful training year with enthusiastic beginners & more to come. Next year we will also be working on getting some of our girls to the next level, umpiring seniors & jnr A grades.
