    Before registering online, all players in the Under 10 to Under 17 age groups must contact the club to confirm availability in their division.

    Our Netta Program will be participating in both training sessions & round robin netball games on Friday afternoons in 2025.

    If you are still 9 years of age at 31/12/2026 and playing in the U10’s Saturday competition, you MUST seek approval from our Club before registering via our junior registrar, at junior-registrar@sylvaniaheightsnetball.com.au. The SSNA only allows a limited number of 9 year olds to play in U10 teams.

    Sylvania Heights only accepts Senior Registrations as part of a block team. If you are looking for a senior team, please email our senior registrar, at senior-registrar@sylvaniaheightsnetball.com.au before registering.

OUR 2026 PRICING IS AS FOLLOWS

The ages below refer to the age you or your child is turning before 31/12/26:

5–7-years 

Netta Registrations- $142

8 & 9 years

NetSetGo Registration- $224(7-year-olds approved to play in the U8 age group $186.25)

10 -17 years

Junior Registration- $250( includes 9-year-olds approved to play in U10 age group)

18 years + Senior Registration

$268(life memberships $213).

Mixed Competition Rules:

Summer netball is open to both boys and girls of all ages, both junior and senior. Once registrations have been confirmed, a decision will be made on whether there will be mixed teams in both the junior and senior competitions.

The following rules apply for a mixed competition:

  • 3 boys allowed on the court at any time, one in each third.
  • A maximum of 7 players may take the court at one time, and no less than 5 players. If a team does not have 5 players, the game will not commence until at least 5 players have arrived.
  • A team must start with at least one male on the court, with a maximum of three males may be on the court at any time. Teams may use more than three males during the game but must only have three on at any time with any extras being used as substitutes. If during the game any males are injured which results in the team being left with no males, then play may continue provided the team still has 5 players on court. Male players shall play one in each area of the court (mid court, goals, and defense).

The combination is:

  • GS or GA
  • WA or C or WD*
  • GD or GK

*Alternatively, if teams have two male players in the mid court, then they cannot have a male player in defense or goals. For example:

  • WA and C – cannot have a male in GS or GA
  • WD and C – cannot have a male in GD or GK
